Machine Function
Outer dia. turning, double end chamfering, and grooving functions are integrated in this machine.
With one time clamping, all three process could be done one after another. Which results in excellent accuracy.
Different sizes of ball valves can be machined by changing fixtures and adjusting the spindle position and speed.
Cycle time is 65~150 seconds per piece (depends on component sizes)
