Machine Function
This machine is made for 2 directional multi-drilling (Ø1.2 -32 holes) and multi-tapping (M1.2 x 0.25P -32 holes). The machining parameters can be adjusted in PLC or NC control system to enable excellent machining efficacy.
Components can be machined in a fast, precise, and low cost way. One time clamping ensure good accuracy. For different component sizes, the fixtures are easy to change, spindle positions are also adjustable.
Cycle time is 20~35 seconds per piece (depends on components) with accurate dimensions and great surface roughness. The production process is fast and stable.
