Description

Integrates Multi-directional drilling, boring, tapping, tool detecting, in one machine. The machining parameters can be adjusted in PLC or NC control system to enable excellent machining efficacy.
Components can be machined in a fast, precise, and low cost way. One time clamping ensure good accuracy. For different component sizes, the fixtures are easy to change, spindle positions are also adjustable.
Cycle time is 20~35 second per piece (depends on components). The production is stable and efficient with accurate dimensions and great surface roughness.
