Machine Function
This rotary machine combines two-way drilling, index slitting, and component shifting together. With Numerical control, parameters can be easily set on human-machine interface which enables better machining efficacy.
The machine is applied on motor rotor parts. The number of index slitting can be adjusted as per requirement, and the parallelism is under 0.03mm.
One time clamping ensure good accuracy. For different component sizes, the fixtures are easy to change, spindle position and speed are also adjustable.
Cycle time is 65~120 seconds per piece (depends on components), the production process is fast and stable.
