Description

1. Composite rigid frame
The bed has a composite structure and is equipped with a secondary guide. The ribbed inner surface provides extra rigidity. Guide surface treated using the mid-hardening technology. The depth of the hardened layer is 2 ~ 3mm, and the rigidity may exceed 52 HRC. The special sliding surface of the guide provides a dynamic performance in terms of stiffness and friction, which allows to optimize the work flow system.
2. headstock
Headstock has a symmetrical design that provides uniformity of thermal deformation. The main drive via a belt transmits motion to the main shaft. spindle box design improves accuracy and rigidity. Additional gear transmission ensures accuracy and reduces noise. To reduce the thermal deformation of the machine and improve cooling, lubrication system uses a special headstock.
3. Chuck
Standard 4-jaw chuck diameter of 1000mm, the speed limit 315ob / min.
4. Turret
Machines in this series are equipped with a standard 4-station turret SLD-260A, manufactured in our company. The head uses a large diameter disk, increasing positioning accuracy, rigidity and reliability. Repeatability is ± 0.003mm. The maximum allowable torque is 3200Nm, and the maximum penetration torque - 1120Nm, which is suitable for heavy cutting. Time of transition from one station to the other is about 6 seconds.
5. tailstock
Manual tailstock is equipped with built-in turning center. Extension sleeves manual tailstock controlled flywheel. There is also a knob to control the speed of the central hub. When the handle is in position 1: 1, the central hub moves quickly. When the knob is set to 1:20, the central hub is moving slowly.
tailstock carriage movement slows down, which is connected with the braking device. To prevent slipping, when the workpiece is clamped between the tailstock and bed, on the basis of two types of tailstock has a brake handle. To lock the central hub, you must move the brake lever.
6. Hydraulics and Lubrication System
Hydraulic machine system uses constant flow pump. All components of the hydraulic control made known companies, both local and foreign. An oil tank installed on the frame side and separated from the exterior of the protective casing. All hydraulic circuits using a simple-to-install compact combined valve system. Oil pressure of each hydraulic cylinder can be regulated separately. The machine uses a centralized automatic lubrication system.
7. The cooling system and conveyer for swarf removal

The machine is equipped with a cooling pump of local production at a rate of 25 l / min (50 l / min for machines length of more than 6 meters), and a lifting capacity of 40m. The tank holds 127 liters. Also used a system of internal and external cooling of tools.
