V6 Crankshaft Line - Complete V6 Crankshaft line, comprising 30 separate machining cells connected with automated load and feed robotic conveyor arms, the line rated at approx 39 parts per hour. 12 Nachi CNC machines, 9 Mori Seiki CNC Lathes, 6 Toyoda Grinders, 3 Komatsu CNC mills, 3 Sugino wash stations, 2 Nippei CNC machining cells, 2 CrankPro InductoHeats, a Hegenscheidt Fillet roller, Kito Reluctor Ring assembler, Nagahama Auto Crankshaft balancer, a Impco-Nachi Polisher, a Marad 2D laser etching and a Marposs Final inspection station. V6 Crankshaft are induction hardened and have a finish of 20 microns
