Perform single-sided edge rounding easily and efficiently with the EdgeRacer® series 1000 E / 1500 E and 2000 E. If your work is highly flexible and only requires single-sided processing, the EdgeRacer® E series is the right solution for you. The EdgeRacer® E easily processes deformed workpieces and various materials. The EdgeRacer® E-series of deburring machines functions fully automatically thanks to the intuitive control system.

The oscillation of the deburring roller creates even surfaces and removes any sanding residue from the sanding belts – delivering optimum deburring results. Other advantages of the EdgeBreaker®  deburring roller: the sanding paper can be changed quickly and easily; the system provides high abrasion and machinery performance
The sanding blocks have a long service life and can be quickly and easily replaced using the click system which has been registered for patenting
The optional calibration of the sanding tools measures and automatically compensates for the wear on the units

The FlatMaster® hydraulic precision leveler is the result of more than 40 years experience in building parts leveling machines.

Leveling with the FlatMaster® is a quick and simple process. Compared to other leveling methods, the FlatMaster® delivers leveled and nearly stress-free punched, laser-cut and flame-cut parts in only a matter of minutes. This makes subsequent processes such as welding, or bending faster and more reliable.

Leveling roller quick-change system
During day-to-day production, dirt and material residue can accumulate inside the leveler. The maintenance and thorough cleaning of the leveler can be performed quickly and easily.

The leveling process creates strong counteracting forces between the material and the leveling unit. Before an excessive level of force is reached, the machine will stop and raise the leveling unit.

Intuitive control
The easy to use digital control screen features a value database for saving individual job settings and even provides a recommended inlet/outlet values based on material thickness

Application in the aerospace industry

The ARKU EcoMaster® aerospace design was specifically developed  for leveling parts in the aerospace industry. The high-strength and light materials needs to be processed in a chilled state. Important machine components can corrode in levelers with a rudimentary design.

The affected  components in the EcoMaster® are protected against corrosion. This allows the machine to deliver consistently good and reliable leveling results.
