Is a polyfunctional self-contained and very compact air filtering unit, fitted out with the exhauster and silencer, ready for working and suitable for treating dust-charged gaseous, aerosol, vapours and gas, separately or mixed.

The filtering stadium, the heart of the machine, consists of cartridge shaped elements of high efficiency; the units can be used in mobile version with ambient recirculation of filtered air and, more generally, for the treatment of air containing dust which, by law, can be emitted from chimneys only in very limited percentages.

The 3 stage filtering unit, which is the heart of the machine, acts on the particles by exploiting the effect of inertia, collision, cohesion and sieve for:

• separation of drops already formed,
• agglomeration through coalescence of mists into drops and
• separation of very small liquid particles and dusts still entrained.

Soft cleanrooms offer numerous advantages:
• Very fast to construct for applications in current industrial processes, either temporary or permanent.
• They are virtually ideal for any use, as they can be made to any size and guarantee ISO5 class levels.
• They are easy to clean, as all the elements are simply dismantled with no need for tools, to enable perfect disinfection, and the systems can be expanded while maintaining easy access to the protected zones. In fact, in many situations they are the only possible solution.
• The same components are used as in “traditional cleanrooms”, with the same management and control methods.

The project includes the construction shape, material, filtering equipment and rotation level, and provides:
• Body in ABS, PE45 aluminium alloy or AISI 304 stainless steel
• PE45 or AISI 304 diffuser
• Centrifugal motor with size between 0.1 to 0.25 kW
• 1 to 3 stage filtering unit
• Filter terminal: H14 or U15 with mechanical or liquid seal
