Description

We can coat any type of object of any material (titanium, stainless steel, iron, brass, zinc alloy, aluminium), even some applications in palstic (ABS), glass, ceramic and carbon fiber.
Depending on color shape required by customer and on physical/mechanical characteristics needed by the object, we propose and suggest the most suitable coating.
We deposit titanium, zirconium, chromium, mixed in well-defined percentages of titanium, aluminum, chromium that skilfully blended with technical gases to obtain oxides, nitrides and carbides; that make surfacing ceramic compounds with high levels of resistance.
In any case, we dedicate resources to studying and implementing new solutions (R&D).

Door handles
We coat door and window handles and their fittings, big handles and knokers, door and lock fittings. This type of work ensures the stability of color and corrosion resistance especially for outdoor items.

Boating
The resistance to salt spray is indispensable, especially on luxury boats: inscriptions, names and numbers, porthole, frames for lights, bolalrd and cable glands, all kind of accessories and fittings, snorkels are coated to fight corrosion and to maintain an attractive look, up to the context in which they appear.

Eyewear
The need to eliminate galvanic finishing (which in contact with the skin causes cutaneous problems) and the search for a good alternative to painting, had a good confirmation of PVD applications even in this field. Coatings on sport and all kind of frames and attractive finish is what customers normally ask for.

Taps
We work on all kinds of taps: kitchen, bathroom, shower roses and shower arms, fittings for generally sanitary, drains to discharge. The high resistance of PVD to many household cleaning products, makes easier the cleaning of the same and unassailable the item.

We can handle small and very small batches (even a single clock), taking care minutely of every singol detail. The look glossy and matt, color uniformity, reversibility, "special" personalizations are what our customers can find here.
