Description established in Bologna in 1957, is worldwide leader in the design and production of transfer machines for different fields of activity. In the latest years the biggest success of the Giuliani transfer machines has been in the production of automotive parts like brake caipers and in the production of locks and keys.

Machine
Flex Cell 5
machine is a flexible transfer with 5 working stations and 5 automatic tool changers: with 12 tools per station it can work with up to 60 tools at the same time.
The extremely robust construction gives the possibility to machine cast iron parts at high speeds like the calipers of the automotive brakes and many others.

MULTIMILL FC8
The key milling machines Multimill FC 8-1 and FC 8-2, are mechanically actuated, and mill a profile on both sides of the key blade. Keys can be manually fed into the machine from vertical magazines or automatically fed from a vibratory bowl feeder (optional).
One key per cycle is milled through the FC 8-1 machine. Two keys per cycle are milled through the FC 8-2 machine, which can be two identical keys per cycle or two different keys per cycle.
Keys are milled using two opposed cutters mounted on independently adjustable spindles.
The diameter range of the cutters is 35-50 mm.
Keys are automatically loaded, machined and unloaded into a collection box. Key restakers (optional) are available upon request.
Machining is normally done with coolant.
Dry machining is posssible upon request providing a chip extraction unit (optional) is installed.

PROFLEX PRF - Trunnion Transfer Machine
PROFLEX is a horizontal spindle ("trunnion" type) transfer machine with sliding headstock, gathering advantages of transfer machines and turning centers. Having a tailored flexibility for specific requirements, it is offered in various modular configurations, easily reconfigured for future process demands.
Maintenance friendly, it is built in an ergonomic five station version, allowing the operator to access the whole structure and to have all tooling and fixtures within arms length. It maintains the unique cleaning ability of the horizontal spindle ("trunnion") style machines, due to very fast chip extraction to guarantee the best machine repeatability and reliability.
While the PROFLEX is well suited for the machining of parts from bar stock, its modularity makes it suitable for machining blanks, pre-cut parts or castings, both small and medium sized.
Excellent flexibility (all units are CNC), matches with the high output and accuracy typical of transfer machines, all at competitive costs versus machining and turning centers.
