Automatic Ink Injector
This equipment uses the principle of pipeline negative pressure to carry out ink transmission, to print screen regularly and quantitatively, and to recover the excess ink on the screen stencil after printing.

Automatic stretching machine

By using the stability of mechanical motion, realised the synchronism of stretching. and the consistent tension of warp and weft realised the maximize the screen tension.

The Yinghui stretching process: After Startup, the crossbeams return back to home position under the control of PLC and serve motor.
Then select date set of screen stretching, the four crossbeams will move to appropriate position immiedately, decrease the height of the worktable and put the frame on. for oblique stretching, you can select rule for positioning, then laying the mesh on the table and clamping the mesh tightly by pneumatic switch. press the start button, the high pressure chunk will clamp the mesh more tightly, the stretching process starts automatically. when stretching stopped, measure the tension, use accurate adjustment method if additional adjustments is required. raising the worktable, when the frame touched the mesh, coat adhesive and drying. press the stop button, the crossbeams will return to home position, then take the screen plate down.

CTS-Computer to screen
The Yinghui CTS is our newly developed product. It is a direct laser imaging device based on digital micro-mirror array (DMD) device. In the process of pattern formation, the image is converted into machine data by computer and transmitted to digital micro-mirror array (DMD), and then the image is directly projected on the photossensitive material to complete the exposure.
Computer to screen based on DMD Use a high-power with long life, low power consumption, high image resolution and a high-precision linear motor to directly expose the traditional screen surface with high precision. It provides customers with products with high resolution, high efficiency and low cost, and the image resolution reaches 2540DPI. The stable cooling system ensures the stable operation of the equipment, and the dynamic focusing system with independent intellectual property rights greatly reduces the requirements on the smoothness of the screen surface. The newly designed pneumatic fixture can fix the screen frame tightly and facilitate the replacement of various specifications of the screen frame. The maximum exposure of the screen frame is 2000*3100mm.
