SAPORITI PV250 Suitable for ball with a max OD of 250 mm. (working range: balls from 1” up to 6”).
The tool has 60° inclination for the easy flow of the coolant and the grinding powder. Moreover allow an easier view at the operator.
The max. tool spindle speed is Rpm 10000. The Y axis has a shifting of ± 2 mm.
The machine is equipped by relevant filter of Ltr 2000.

SAPORITI srl is specialized in the manufacture of threader machines for screws. The new version of PLUS 400 is a threader machine for screws up to 8000 mm length and 240 mm diameter at a very interesting price. The machine can be equipped with a ISO 50 or HSK 100 spindle for rapid face cutter change and with a 12-position tool changer. Maximum spindle speed: 5000 rpm, cutter motor power: kW 22. One of the most interesting available optional equipment are the cutters with internal cooling system and the steady rest position control.
A special software designed by Saporiti allows the operator to easily program even very complicated screws and twin screws for mixers or variable pitches.

CNC threader machine suitable to work medium large screws and twin screws for extruder and injection molders. This model can be manufactured with a max working length of 8000 mm.
The max workable screws diameter is 350 mm. The possibility to have a special tailstock allow the working of longer workpieces. This machine has standard milling head with ISO 50 hydraulic clamping for end mills.
Available optional : auxiliary head for disc cutters, tool changer. SAPOVITE software can be use for the easier programming of screws.

CNC threader machine with Horizontal or Iinclined bed and is suitable to work screws as per worm pumps.
This model can be manufactured with a max working length of 9000 mm.
The whirling head has a bore passage of 270 mm.
The bed is a rigid structure and the carriage moves on roller guideways.
Hydraulic self centring restso hold the workpieces at the two sides of the head.

The SAPORITI FL450 drilling-boring-lapping machine has been expressly designed for the complete machining of twin screw barrels. The machine feed movements slide on precision roller bearings which provide high precision and long machine lifetime. The CNC Siemens 840D controls 5 axes and facilitates the programming of billet drilling, push and pull boring and lapping operations. Main features of this special boring machine is the workpiece setup on two carriages with controlled cross feed. After finishing the first hole the machine automatically translate the barrel to machine the second one. This machine is available in different versions up to 5000 mm length and 600 mm workpiece diameter.

The SAPORITI PR500 drilling-boring-lapping machine has rotary tool and rotary workpiece.
The machine feed movements slide on precision roller bearings which provide high precision and long machine lifetime. The CNC used is the Siemens 840D and facilitates the programming of solid drilling, push and pull boring, lapping operations and for the use of the controlled Bottle Boring tool if present. This machine is available in different versions up to 5000 mm length and 600 mm workpiece diameter.
Honing and Bottle boring are available options.
